"End-Customer" refers to individuals or businesses subscribed to ISPs.
ISPs must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
ISPs are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
ISPs must ensure their end-customers' information is accurate and up to date.
ISPs are required to pay a monthly subscription fee of Ksh 1,000 to access our billing system.
The subscription fee is non-refundable once paid.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
ISPs may use the billing system solely for managing their end-customers
Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ISPs retain ownership of their customer data.
Jaem Net may access and process data as necessary to provide services.
Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical support is available during business hours via email and phone.
We may schedule maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability.
ISPs agree not to:
Use our system for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform without authorization.
Share access with unauthorized third parties.
Jaem Net may suspend or terminate an ISP’s account for non-compliance with these Terms.
ISPs may cancel their subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable.
Upon termination, ISPs must cease all use of the platform, and data may be deleted.
Jaem Net provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any data loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages.
ISPs are solely responsible for their interactions with end-customers.
We may update these Terms at any time, with changes communicated via our website.
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
